Torsdag 5. og fredag 6. juni arrangerer norsk kriminalomsorgen i samarbeid med ICPA - den internasjonale kriminalomsorgsorganisasjonen - en europeisk konferanse i Oslo om barn under 18 år som begår alvorlig kriminalitet. Sentrale fagfolk på området fra mange land deltar og vil gi verdifulle innspill til utredningsarbeid og tilrettelegging som er i gang som en oppfølging av stortingsmeldingen om unge lovbrytere. Konferansespråket er engelsk.
